This is a unique startup program for San Diego/Tijuana region: it is operated by one of the world's largest incubators (Plug and Play) in partnership with StartupCircle and other regional organizations in order to build a bridge between our city and Silicon Valley. While Plug and Play operates this program in other parts of the world (Russia, Spain, Singapore), they have selected San Diego as their first -- and currently only -- satellite U.S. city. Plug and Play has raised over $1.8 billion for close to 200 startups through its network and we are proud to have San Diego as a leader in innovation and entrepreneurship!
